Custom App - Rent Calculator
A interactive calculator to calculate monthly rental/lease costs into a mortgage a user would potentially qualify for. Once the rent has been converted to mortgage, the calculator would then bring users over to the MLS and see what can qualify for based a range of total mortgage they can afford.
